The corporate office at Fairway Mortgage is located right next door to our Sun Prairie branch, giving us direct access to our underwriters and branch support staff.  We have delegated Conventional, Rural Development, FHA and VA underwriters on staff allowing us to have one of the fastest turn times in the business.  We are a mortgage banker and fund all our loans, and our in-house processing staff is the best in the business!
